An Acupuncture Physician from the Integrative Wellness Center of Jacksonville will place small, carefully selected needles on the body while you immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds of bowls and other healing instruments. This powerful combination helps reduce stress, calm the mind and restore energy flow.

To enhance your comfort, please bring a pillow or blanket and your yoga mat and settle into a cozy position as you experience profound relaxation and healing.
