Hands, feet and core are the foundation for each yoga pose; they are also the third pillar of Baptiste yoga. Often in yoga and in our lives we go to our default where we are not present or connected with ourselves and others. Doing so leads to a plateau state. In this workshop you will learn how to intentionally engage your foundations to get out of your autopilot and connect with your body and others to create your fullest expression on and off your mat.
