POWER HOUR
Get ready to sweat, be challenged, and have fun! Based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, students flow from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness and breath. Bring a beach or yoga towel – mats tend to get slippery when wet. The studio is heated to 90 degrees.

SLOW FLOW
Don’t let the name fool you! This class will have you sweating like a typical vinyasa flow class. Experience the same Baptiste methodology we use in the majority of our classes, but slowed down. You will deepen your breath, steady your gaze, build strength and engage your whole body as you flow through this practice. This class is accessible for all levels.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative style of yoga that consists of postures that are either done seated or in a supine (on your back) position. By holding postures for an extended period of time, deep layers of fascia; connective tissue which cover muscles, are accessed. Yin aids in injury prevention, calming of the nervous system and is a compliment to our traditional power vinyasa style classes. This class is practiced in a warm room for increased flexibility.
ACRO YOGA
Acro Yoga combines yoga and acrobatics to create a fun, supportive and empowering practice. Working in groups of 2-3, you will build physical strength and balance and overcome fear. Bring a friend or come alone; we will partner you up!
FUNKY FRIDAY
This is our traditional Power Hour with a spin. Based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, students flow from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness and breath. Expect to sweat and have fun!
GUIDED MEDITATION

HIPS!
Hips! The hippest class in town.
The activities and stresses of our daily lives can often lead to tight & reduced range of motion in our hips. In this class we will spend 75 minutes on stabilizing and increasing mobility in all of the movements of the hips, including the IT bands, glutes, hamstrings and quads. Discover how much changes when your hips are open.
GENTLE FLOW
This is a perfect class for students new to yoga or a moving vinyasa experience. You be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style but allowing for more challenging poses based on your level of experience.
