Letting Go: The Power of Breath is a mind-body resilience-building workshop. Our lives have become a chaotic mix of overscheduled calendars, kids, and to-do lists.  This chaos can bring our bodies to hold on to stress, anxiety and sadness – leading to a disconnect in life/self. This workshop offers practical breath-based tools that can to help decrease stress, anxiety and sleep problems.  You will build a framework for resilience, empowerment and develops self-awareness, connectedness, community, as well as a positive outlook.Learn how to let it all go using your breath
