programs/classes. I waive any claim I may have against MBody Yoga LLC, its teachers or any person or entity in any way involved herewith, for inquiry or damages that I may
sustain as a result of my participation. I agree to let MBody Yoga, LLC use my photograph, video, and/or audio taken or recorded during any class or special event
for any purposes they deem necessary. I, my heirs, or legal representatives, forever release waive, discharge and convenient not to sue MBody Yoga, LLC for any injury or
death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have carefully read this release and fully understand and agree to the above.
